Ma prima di diventare una star internazionale, Agneta pubblicò il suo album Agneta Fältskog e ottenne il successo. Agneta è nota per essere un genio musicale. La talentuosa signora aveva solo 6 anni quando scrisse la sua prima canzone Två små troll. Poi ha preso lezioni di piano a soli 8 anni. Il gruppo ABBA si è formato quando Agneta ha incontrato un membro degli Hootenanny Singers, Björn Kristian Ulvaeus, poi Anni-Frid Lyngstad e Benny Andersson. Quindi hanno fondato ABBA.
