Quase dez anos atrás, Sela Ward fez uma revelação ao USA Today, alegando que ela não podia mais manter sua figura em forma, já que seu metabolismo juvenil a abandonou. No entanto, uma década depois, e agora com 61 anos, Ward parece melhor do que nunca.
