Uno de los personajes del elenco de la afamada serie Star Trek tuvo una muerte trágica con tan sólo 27 años de edad. En el 2016, se informó que murió en un accidente de tránsito después de que su vehículo perdió el control. Incluso, a pesar de que un abogado especialista en accidentes de tránsito y paramédicos fueron llamados al lugar, era demasiado tarde para tomar cualquier acción ya que Anton falleció tiempo antes de que cualquier ayuda se le pudiese proporcionar. También tuvo papeles en Terminator Salvation y prestó su voz para el papel de Tontín, el pitufo torpe de Los pitufos.
