Paul Gleason fue un actor estadounidense que apareció en gran cantidad de programas de televisión y películas .Es recordado por su papel como el estricto subdirector en el clásico de los años 80, El club de los cinco. Aunque también tuvo apariciones en títulos como Die Hard, Dawson’s Creek e incluso en la comedia juvenil Drake & Josh. Gleason padecía de un tipo muy peligroso de cáncer de pulmón llamado “mesotelioma pleural”, el cual estaba asociado con la exposición a asbesto. Lamentablemente, el actor falleció el 27 de mayo de 2006.
