Barbara Bach ist ein weiteres berühmtes Bond-Mädchen, denn sie erhielt die Rolle der Anya Amasova im Bond-Film The Spy Who Loved Me. Sie ist auch dafür bekannt, das ehemalige The Beatles-Mitglied Ringo Starr zu heiraten, mit dem sie seit 1981 eine glückliche Ehe führt. Ein ruhiges Leben ist es, was sie in diesen Tagen am liebsten lebt, denn sie hat schon seit mehr als drei Jahrzehnten nicht mehr geschauspielert. Ihre letzte Rolle war 1986 in dem Film To the North of Katmandu.
