She also collaborated with several cosmetics companies such as MAC Cosmetics. A woman named Yolanda Saldivar murdered Selena. She was her friend and had been the manager of Selena’s beauty business. No defense attorney wanted to represent Yolanda since everybody was in Selena’s favor. Quintanilla’s life was brought to the big screen and she was portrayed by Jennifer Lopez.
