Tom Hanks – $26 Million, Pacific Palisades
Hollywood A-list celebrity, Tom hanks has a net worth of $350 million and he enjoys it by buying expensive properties and he owns one of the most expensive house in Pacific Palisades. Tom Hanks bought the house in February 20, 2010 for $26 million from the film producers, Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshal. The house was built in 1996 and it is 14,513 square foot with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The exterior of the home is very unique and is is well-known as “Medical Industrial Complex with an attached Recovery Pavilion”. The house has a beautiful view of Rustic Canyon and is equipped with a swimming pool, indoor pool, a medical official building for Rita, a theater with a state-of -the-art kitchen. The couple are quarantine after getting positive for Corona virus, but living in the house, we think they will be more than okay.
