Ein neues soziales Umfeld
Lexi verbrachte viel Zeit im Fitnessstudio und begann, diese Umgebung zu schätzen, ganz zu ihrer eigenen Überraschung. Mit wachsendem Selbstbewusstsein nahm sie auch an verschiedenen Kursen teil und knüpfte neue Kontakte. Sie fand schnell Unterstützung und begann, mit ihren neuen Freunden gemeinsam zu trainieren.
Das Training wurde mehr und mehr zu einem Teil ihres sozialen Lebens und sie fing an, Bewegung zu lieben, besonders das Tanzen. Diese neue Liebe zur Bewegung und Aktivität veränderte Lexis Wahrnehmung des Trainings – es war nicht mehr nur eine lästige Pflicht, sondern ein wesentlicher Bestandteil ihres Lebens, der ihr Spaß machte und entscheidend dafür sorgte, dass es ihr mental und körperlich gutging.
