Lexi und Danny wussten, dass sie eine dauerhafte Veränderung benötigten, um nicht doch wieder in ihre alten Muster zu verfallen und dem berüchtigten JoJo-Effekt zu erliegen. Damit kannten sich beide ja schon seit Langem aus, vor allem Lexi.
Sie waren sich darüber im Klaren, dass eine kurzfristige und schnelle Diät nicht die Lösung ist. Um ihr neues Gewicht wirklich zu halten, brauchten sie einen Plan, der nachhaltig ist. Glücklicherweise hatte Lexi eine tolle Idee, die genau das möglich machte. Da sie nicht auf all ihre Lieblingsspeisen verzichten wollte, schuf sie einfach gesündere Versionen ihrer liebsten Gerichte. So fühlte sie nicht, dass sie auf irgendetwas verzichten musste.
