Eva Mendes’ Hollywood Hills home can be described in three words – ‘an artistic sanctuary.’ Estimated to be a modest $1.3 million (compared to her counterparts), Eva’s home measures up to 1,700 square feet and has three bedrooms with two baths. It also has a few custom-made areas to spruce up its eclectic décor and has certainly appreciated since she bought the place in 2002 at only $584,000. Talk about some smart investment! Mendes hasn’t done any acting work since appearing in Lost River back in 2014 but she did guest on The Talk in 2019.
