Valerie Harper is a famous actress who was, and still is, beautiful on the inside and out. Her assisting role on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, alongside Cloris Leachman and Ed Asner, was how she found her way into Hollywood showbiz. Following that role, she appeared in the spin-off series Rhonda, and later as Valerie Hogan in Valerie. She managed to build a net worth of $12 million during her time as an actress. In the 70s and 80s, Valerie was an avid activist for the Women’s Liberation Movement. More recently, Valerie was struck with several years of health issues when she was diagnosed with cancer in 2009. The doctors told her it was terminal brain cancer. In 2016, and still battling cancer, she appeared in the short film My Mom and The Girl. After being told she had just 3 months to live, she is still here 5 years later and says she is going to beat the horrible disease.
