Janet Jackson – 70 Pounds – Strict Diet & Workouts
Jackson has been in the spotlight alongside her brothers ever since she was a girl. She has been battling ongoing weight gain and appearance changes for years, and is now looking great as a 50-year old! In 2017, she welcomed her first child, and she then teamed up with trainer Paulette Sybliss to lose all her baby weight. Turns out that exercising for 1 hour 4 times a week worked wonders for Jackson, who didn’t do any cardio at all, as Sybliss revealed!
