Celebs Weight Loss Transformations – Did They Undergo Gastric Bypass Surgery Or Followed Strict Diet Plans?
Ron Perlman – Face Prosthetics, Makeup, Skull Cup & Hairpieces
Makeup artist Jake Garber spent plenty of time with Perlman for his portrayal of Hellboy. The drastic physical transformation included a lot of prosthetics that covered all his face, with the exception of his lower lip. Even if we know Hellboy only in red, the transformation included five additional colors for the sake of shading and face contours. A skull cap and four pieces of hair were also part of the deal. Perlman made it on the list of the most unrecognizable transformations actors went through for a role, and most of us had to wait for the credits to figure out it was him.
