At 400 pounds though, he decided that to get the ball rolling, he’d get gastric band surgery. From there he began working out and working on his fitness while also strictly following a healthy diet. His weight loss plan was very effective, helping him lose over 150 pounds.

She stated that she started doing Yoga 5 times a week and it really help tone her body, and totally transformed it. Kaley goes to CorePower Yoga every week where she would be taking intense yoga that would helped her burn calories. But that is not the only thing she does. Kaley admitted when marrying her husband, she began to eat like him which were a lot and they would have midnight snacking, but she then decided it was time for her to stop. Though she controls her eating and does intense yoga, Kaley would have cheat day on weekend, where she would kick back, relax & eat the food that she has been craving for.
