Bianca Gascoigne has never been overweight, but she was unhappy with her body at one point in her life, particularly when she used to work for 14 hours per day. According to her, working night shifts has taken a toll on her health where she was forced to take meals at odd hours of the day and consume sugary treats for temporary energy boost. Unsatisfied with the physical conditions of her body, Gascoigne decided that lifestyle overhaul was in order. She started working out three to four times a week and at the same time incorporated meal replacement drinks into her routine. As a result, she lost 18 pounds in the span of less than two months. That’s impressive!
