At a staggering 260 pounds, Ricki Lake decided to take back control of her health in 2007 after years of battling depression due to her weight. Initially cutting her calorie intake drastically and running every day, Lake regained some of the weight back, until she was inspired to join Dancing with the Stars in 2011. She only took third place but was successful at losing 20 pounds. Lake has also credited using the services of healthy food deliveries and becoming more active for her ability to keep the weight off.
