Ricky Gervais – 40 Pounds – Diet & Exercise
Gervais once dreamed about being the next big pop star, but his singing career’s failure didn’t lead him to give up – but to laugh about it. Things worked out for him and he became a comedian with his fame soaring higher when he became a household name in the states. After being invited to host his second Golden Globes in 2011, he decided he was sick of being a “fat, lazy and out of shape slob,” so he embarked on a weight loss regime, lost around 40 pounds, and is still working to keep the weight off.
