Ryan Reynolds – Lost 5 Pounds Of Fat & Gained 10 Pounds Of Muscle
To truthfully portray his role in Blade: Trinity, Ryan Reynolds had to turn into a “muscle mass.” He followed a strict meal plan, and working out was on his agenda every day for 90 minutes. His fitness trainer went through everything that the movie required, and he came up with a unique routine for Reynolds whereby they never repeated the same workouts more than twice. He managed to lose 5 lbs of fat and pack on an impressive 10 lbs of muscle in just three months.
