Chelsea Settles, star of the eponymous MTV reality show, isn’t a stranger to obesity although her decision to lose weight didn’t involve a tummy tuck or plastic surgery. At her heaviest, she was around 325 pounds but through sheer will and hard work in the form of a strict, healthy diet and exercising often, she managed to shed a lot of the weight. To battle her food addiction she came to the conclusion to eat when she was hungry and not just because she was bored or facing sadness. Nothing is better than celebrities who don’t go under the knife and prove eating the optimum nutrition can pay off.
