In the past years, she had a massive weight gained and shocked the media. Her friends were also worried about her weight gain, but thankfully Valerie is back on track and looking beautiful than ever. She is 59 years old but everyone can agree she looks at least 30! Her secret to her weight loss is by eating right, of course. To eat healthy, she makes her own salad dressing, chooses the most organic and fresh ingredients, as well as eating her vegetables! Not to forget, Valerie keeps herself hydrated to stay in shape.
