Randy Jackson – 130 Pounds – Gastric Bypass Surgery & Fitness Regime
Another American Idol celebrity on our list is judge Randy Jackson. Back in the early 2000s, Jackson tipped the scale at 350 pounds, and he struggled to lose weight throughout his whole life. Realizing what type-2 diabetes, life on the road and eating poorly did to him, Jackson decided to change his life, opting for gastric bypass surgery. He lost a considerable amount of weight and returned to American Idol after losing 130 pounds. He had previously tipped the scale at great proportions and the weight loss truly gave him a new lease on life.
