Estafania Wollny – 22 Pounds – Healthy Diet
Another member of The Wollny’s family, Estafania has also managed to shed a few inches. The 17 year old took to Instagram to tell her followers a bit of information about her weight loss following a question asked by one of her fans. As answered, she has lost 22 pounds so far. The mother, Silvia Wollny has expressed her plan of changing the family’s daily routine to a healthier one as she wishes to put health above all. Perhaps it was Silvia’s intention of incorporating sports and healthier meal plans that helped her children lose weight. Either way, it is certainly refreshing to see the positive shift happening in the family.
