Demi Moore – Shaved Head & Intense Military Fitness Regime
For her role as Lieutenant Jordan O’Neil in G.I. Jane, the wonderful Demi Moore was working out heavily to get into the character. She adopted a grueling fitness regime which saw Demi actually go through harsh military training. She would wake up at 4 a.m. to go for jogs working with trainer Gregory Jouron-Roche alongside Stephen Helvenston, a NAVY Seal instructor. After this information, we are not surprised that she shaved her head off to stay true to the role. Well, we have to say that she looks as hot without hair as she is with it.
