In order to get her amazing figure back after her pregnancy, Amy went on a diet and her diet plan consisted of eating healthier food and tweaking her breakfast routine. She then workout with a personal trainer and her go to workout is by running. She posted in her Instagram about losing 10 pounds with a hashtag “no rush” to spread body positivity and telling her fans to take time on losing weight and love themselves.

A truly inspirational story is that of Corey Harrison. The reality TV star had been neglecting his health for a while which led to him gaining a lot of unwanted weight and attention. He was even warned by doctors that he was putting his life on the line with his poor choices in lifestyle. At 400 pounds though, he decided that to get the ball rolling, he’d get gastric band surgery. From there he began working out and working on his fitness while also strictly following a healthy diet. His weight loss plan was very effective, helping him lose over 150 pounds.

Chrissy Metz is an inspiration to everyone who is trying to lose weight. She promotes healthy diet and exercise. Chrissy has been struggling with her weight for a long time. She watch her food intake and exercise or take a walk for a bout 20 minutes a day. In 2019, after months of taking care of what she eats and exercising, Chrissy loss 100 pounds. Chrissy said she wants a fit and healthy body but do not want to be limited by anything. She loves herself regardless how she looks or weight and would not be define by her weight.
