Zach Galifianakis’ chubby looks have always been part of his trademark, just like his crazy ways and weird lines. Yet, as much as he loved being a funnyman, he knew that staying overweight wasn’t going to lead to a happy ending. Unlike other stars, he didn’t go under the knife to shed his extra pounds; he just left some unhealthy habits behind! Galifianakis credits cutting back on drinking sugary drinks as one of the factors that helped him lose weight.

Large or small, everyone loves Oprah. While she has been gaining and losing weight over the years, her maximum was 237 pounds back in 1999. That is when she decided to do something about it. She lost some weight and stayed quite stable at a healthy 160 pounds. She even uploaded her weight loss stories on her own website. Becoming a spokesperson for Weight Watchers and investing in the company also motivated her to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Today, however, she claims that she’s no longer interested in going on any diet in the near future.
