Chaz Bono – 85 Pounds – Healthy Diet & Exercise

 

After joining Dancing With the Stars,  Chaz Bono had lost a significant amount of weight! He managed to drop around 85 pounds while being on the show. His healthy diet helped accelerated his weight loss as well, which was mainly consisted of red meat, fruits, nuts and vegetables. He was determined to lose weight when he started weighing more than 250 pounds, which was quite worrisome for him. Prior to losing weight, Chaz felt a lack of confidence and overall absence of energy which he took as a sign to start prioritising his health before it was too late.  Thankfully for him, he managed to reach his weight goals  and has been maintaining it since.
