Al Roker’s personality often shines through the screen but not many realised what he struggled with behind closed doors. Despite many attempts at weight loss, Al Roker has never reached any significant milestones. But that began to change when he underwent a gastric bypass surgery. As a result, he lost over 100 pounds! He didn’t stop there and incorporated keto diet into his routine. As a result, he lost another 40 pounds. Today, Al Roker is at his best state and looks healthier than he has ever been.
