Meg Tilly & Colin Firth – 1989 to 1994
Valmont’s filming was enough for the then-star Meg Tilly and the rising star Colin Firth to meet and fall in love in 1989. The couple moved to Vancouver to spend together their loving years with Tilly giving birth to their son Will. Sadly, they separated five years later and Firth settled back at his home country in England. Colin Firth stated earlier in 2018 that he would not work with Woody Allen again in the light of Dylan Farrow’s accusations of indecent assault and Firth was actually only the latest to do so as more and more Hollywood talents are turning their attention towards abuse in the acting industry.
