Corey Harrison – 150 pounds – Lap Band Surgery, Diet & Exercise
A truly inspirational story is Corey Harrison’s very own. The reality TV star had been neglecting his health for a while, which led to him gaining a lot of unwanted weight and attention. He was even warned by doctors that he was putting his life on the line with his poor choices in lifestyle. At 400 pounds, though, he decided to get the weight loss ball rolling, he’d start off with gastric band surgery. From there he began working out and working on his fitness, while also strictly following a healthy diet. His weight loss plan was very effective, helping him lose over 150 pounds.
