Kirsten Vangsness – 40 Pounds – Diet & Regular Workouts
It wasn’t that hard for Kristen Vangsness to lose the weight she wanted. It only took a change in her eating habits and frequent sessions with a personal trainer to shed off 40 pounds from her frame. She has previously stated that the stick-figure look is not for her, so she didn’t feel like she needed a lap band or some other form of medical weight loss surgery to lose the weight. Besides, if she changed too much, fans of her character in Criminal Minds might not recognize the lovely Penelope Garcia anymore!
