Jennifer Gimenez – 100 Pounds – Diet & Exercise
We find it is such a sad story that is all too common among celebrities, and that story is drug abuse and alcohol addiction. Jennifer suffered as a result of such substance abuse issues and that led to her weight fluctuating a lot, as well as affecting her mental health. Luckily she checked herself into a drug and alcohol rehab treatment center and conquered her addiction. She then cut out sugar and refined oils from her diet plan and began to work out. The result was a very impressive weight loss of 100 pounds.
