Monica Seles – 37 pounds – Diet & Exercise
Monica Seles was an incredibly talented tennis player. That dream was tragically stolen by massive weight gain. Unfortunately, she was the victim of a stabbing in 1993 after a crazed fan attacked her. Not only did this severely affect her mental state but it also induced a binge-eating disorder, causing her to pack on the pounds. Eventually, she tackled her issues and began eating right, switching to meals which consisted of the optimum nutrition along with a side of exercise and workouts. It proved successful and helped her lose 37 pounds from her frame.
