Estafania Wollny – 22 Pounds – Healthy Diet
Over the years, Estafania Wollny has managed to shed quite a few pounds. The 18-year-old took it to Instagram, telling her followers a bit about her weight loss following a question asked by one of her fans. As answered, she has lost 22 pounds so far. Her mother, Silvia Wollny, has expressed her plan of changing the family’s daily routine to a healthier one as she wishes to put health above all at home. Perhaps it was Silvia’s intention of incorporating sports and healthier meal plans that helped her children lose weight. Either way, it is certainly refreshing to see the positive shift happening in the family.
