If Lisa Riley’s dramatic transformation doesn’t inspire you to hit the gym, then chances are nothing will. The Emmerdale star was once rather large and yet today you wouldn’t even recognize her as the same person. She was patient and worked very hard, choosing to avoid gastric bypass surgery and instead focusing on fitness and exercise regimes along with a healthy diet. The organic weight loss she achieved is truly remarkable and now she looks incredible. She even penned down a book called Honesty Diet to pay it forward by offering valuable weight loss tips.
