Leah Remini – 80 Pounds – Diet & Exercise
Speaking of losing the baby weight, let’s take a look at Leah Remini. She gained an estimated 80 pounds when she was pregnant with her daughter Sofia Bella. The King of Queens actress and former Scientologist (and now a passionate anti-Scientologist activist) lost 80 pounds by getting nutrition advice, working on her fitness and improving her diet plan. Eating a healthy diet and regular exercise seemed to be enough for her to drop the baby weight. However, she did enlist the much-needed services of a personal trainer throughout her weight loss journey.
