CELEBRITY WEIGHT LOSSES: WHO GOT PHYSICAL AND WHO WENT TO THE DOCTOR?
Marlon & Shawn Wayans – Wigs, Makeup & Plaster Face Casts
White Chicks became a classic action comedy, thanks to the performances of Marlon and Shawn Wayans, who not only had to transform into girls – but into white blond girls (!). The physical transformation included not only a lot of makeup and wigs but also plaster casts for their faces that had to be added to make their faces “girlish.” They also had to wear blue contact lenses to complete the look. The exhausting transformation procedure lasted seven hours every day for each actor. Specials effects artist Greg Cannom worked on the transformations.
