Valerie, the Golden Globe-winning actress, and cookbook author stated that she was always more into cooking than acting. Hence why she is one of the famous chefs and has her own show call, Valerie’s Home Cooking. And it is no surprise that she enjoys eating too. In the past years, she had a massive weight gain and shocked the media. Her friends were also worried about her weight gain, but thankfully Valerie is back on track and looking beautiful than ever. She is 59 years old but everyone can agree she looks at least 30! Her secret to her weight loss is by eating right, of course. To eat healthily, she makes her own salad dressing, chooses the most organic and fresh ingredients, as well as eating her vegetables! Not to forget, Valerie keeps herself hydrated to stay in shape. But most important is that she said not to worry about the numbers on the scale.
