Ronnie Ortiz – 25 Pounds – Diet & Intense Fitness Regime
Jersey Shore’s Ronnie Ortiz worked in real estate with his father before joining the reality television, building his reputation as a strongly built guy. A year after the show ended, he surprised us all with a drastic weight gain, a side effect of kidney stones. Although the star didn’t take long to get back in shape, he admitted that it took intense working out 5-6 times a week while maintaining a motto: “If it tastes good, don’t eat it.” However, Ortiz appeared in an episode of The Doctors in 2019 seeking a liposuction abs definition procedure.
