Al Roker – 140 Pounds – Gastric Bypass Surgery, Diet & Exercise
Beloved weekday weather anchor Al Roker struggled to drop the pounds over the years. Despite many diet attempts, Roker weighed 320 pounds before resorting to gastric bypass surgery. Roker became among the first of a notable list of celebs to go the medical route for weight loss. He later managed to drop over 100 pounds in eight months. As a result of the procedure and a change in his lifestyle, Roker shed off another 40 pounds with the help of the keto-diet, which also helps lower cholesterol levels significantly. As you can see, Roker is now one happy and healthy man.
