Genie Francis – 40 Pounds – Diet & Exercise
Actress Genie Francis, who you might recognize from General Hospital, has slimmed down quite a lot lately. She didn’t turn to cosmetic surgery to achieve a weight loss of 40 pounds, instead, she realized it can all be accomplished with the right fitness routine and eating a healthy diet. She partnered with Nutrisystem and they offered her the best nutrition advice and the rest was history! Francis said that she couldn’t believe just how much of the delicious food she likes she could enjoy on the program and still lose weight. She lost 40 lbs on the program and even became a spokeswoman for Nutrisystem.
