Ruben Studdard – 119 Pounds – Diet & Exercise
A then-large Ruben Studdard took American Idol’s 2nd season and was nominated for a Grammy Award that same year, even before releasing his first studio album. He went vegan and shed off an incredible 100 lbs but unfortunately, he didn’t keep it off. Ten years later, Studdard was cast on The Biggest Loser and with plenty of dedication, shed off an impressive 129 pounds. He then regained some of the weight, but he was determined not to return to his older figure. Today, he maintains a much slimmer image, and as you can see, he’s rather happy about it!
