Chaka Khan – 60 Pounds – Vegan Diet & Workouts
The Queen of Funk Chaka Khan boasts an impressive career spanning over four decades, having sold over 70 million albums worldwide and taken home 10 Grammy Awards. The queen reached her heaviest in 2014, when she was frustrated and decided to go on a vegan diet, join a gym, and managed to lose 60 pounds, as well as get her high blood pressure and diabetes under control. Khan credited adopting a strict liquid diet followed by turning vegan for her successful weight loss. She also admitted that a lot more doors opened for her after dropping the weight.
