John Goodman – 100+ Pounds – Diet & Exercise
John Goodman was typecast for “the big guy” until he decided to shed some 100 pounds, after which he looks happier and healthier. He’s best known for his role on Roseanne as Dan Conner and at that point, he was about 368 lbs. Allegedly, he managed to transform himself completely by quitting alcohol, cutting back on sugar, and working out six days each week. However, there are many people who speculate that his 100-pound weight loss wouldn’t have been successful without the help of a weight loss procedure. Goodman has denied such a claim though.
