We all remember Letitia Dean from EastEnders for her brilliant acting skills. The talented lady had a struggle with weight issues and was a target of many internet trolls. She could not take these comments from people and ultimately decided to go under the knife.

Her transition from 10 stone 4lbs to 8 stone 3lbs was all a result of pure determination, and we genuinely feel happy for the lady for her healthy change and newfound happiness. We do hope nobody from or outside the entertainment industry has to go through such hardship ever again though!

 

Christian Bale – 70 Pounds – Near-Starvation Diet

Christian Bale is as dedicated to his career as he is good at it, having put his body through some dramatic changes for his versatile roles. Bale bulked up his six-foot frame to about 190 pounds of muscle in 2002 for Reign of Fire only to drop 70 pounds for his role in the 2004 The Machinist. He then put muscle back on for Batman Begins, and turned to cheeseburgers to gain 50 pounds for American Hustle. We are wondering what the next role will put him through…
