Seth Rogan – 30 Pounds – Low Clycemic Diet & Exercise

Seth Rogan has made us all laugh in several Hollywood blockbusters as a chubby comedian, and recently, after losing some weight for his role in the 2011 film Green Hornet, reported that Rogan managed to achieve his weight loss goal in just 10 weeks, and he lost an incredible 30 lbs. He explained that the first thing he switched up was his meals by consuming nutrient-dense foods with a low glycemic index. It helped to boost his energy levels while keeping him full longer. He also worked out with a trainer five times each week to achieve the incredible results.

Alec Baldwin – 60 Pounds – Low Carb, No Sugar Diet

After being diagnosed as pre-diabetic in 2013, Alec Baldwin changed his lifestyle and lost 60 pounds on a low carb, sugar-free diet. A pre-diabetic diagnosis in 2011 was the first wake up call he got and he made the vow to make better eating choices. In 2016, it was revealed that his then-girlfriend Hilaria Baldwin had played a major role in him changing his lifestyle. She later shared more details about it in her book, The Living Clearly Method. Baldwin also revealed that he does spin and Pilates whenever he can.

Kaley Cuoco – 15 Pounds – Yoga & Diet

The Big Bang Theory’s beautiful star Kaley Cuoco has a very healthy figure and she owes it mostly to her Yoga routine. Kaley’s hard work paid off, apparently. She once stated in an interview that she started doing Yoga 5 times a week and it really helped her tone her body. Kaley goes to CorePower Yoga training every week where she practices some very intense calorie-burning yoga routines. But that is not the only thing she does. Kaley also admitted that after getting married she wrongfully adopted her husband’s eating habits, which were not the healthiest, to say the least. They would be careless about nutrition, according to her, and have midnight snacks, but she then decided it was time for her to stop. Though she controls her eating and does intense yoga, Kaley also admitted to having a cheat day on the weekend, when she kicks back, relaxes & eats some foods that she has been craving for.
