Chris Hemsworth – Lost 33 Pounds
We are used to Chris Hemsworth playing action heroes most of the time on Hollywood screens, but for the 2015 film In the Heart of the Sea, the actor surprised with a drastic transformation. Losing weight was one of the requirements, so the actor went on a 500-calories per day diet to truthfully portray the character, Owen Chase. When he shared his photo on his Instagram and Twitter, the world was shocked to see the actor look thinner than ever. Let’s not even mention the transformation he went through to become “fat Thor” in the final film of the Justice League series released in 2019.
