Ryan Reynolds – Lost 5 Pounds Of Fat & Gained 10 Pounds Of Muscle
To truthfully portray his role in Blade: Trinity, Ryan Reynolds had to turn into a “muscle mass.” He followed a strict meal plan, and working out was on his agenda every day for 90 minutes. His fitness trainer went through everything that the movie required, and he came up with a unique routine for Reynolds whereby they never repeated the same workouts more than twice. He managed to lose 5 lbs of fat and pack on an impressive 10 lbs of muscle in just three months. The routine he was on must have been pretty unique since we still remember the perfect abs on his stomach.
