Jordin Sparks – 50 Pounds – Diet & Exercise
Another American Idol contestant to join the ranks is Jordin Sparks, daughter of former NFL star Phillippi Sparks. Winning the sixth season of Idol at 17 years old in 2007, she is one of the show’s most successful contestants of all time. It wasn’t until later, in 2013, that she decided she needed to lose weight. By 2015, she had lost 50 pounds thanks to healthy eating and training five times a week. Impressively, she managed to drop the first 15 lbs within the first four months of her weight loss journey. Years later, she’s still quite successful at maintaining her svelte figure.
