Dawn French – 98 Pounds – Healthy Diet & Exercise
The comedic British actress that is Dawn French is best known for her role on The Vicar of Dibley and once upon a time she was a rather curvy woman. After a cancer scare, she decided that losing weight and shaping up her health was necessary. The actress refused to consider plastic surgery and instead claimed that she simply began counting her calories and taking long walks. We’re not sure if there was more to it than that but she did lose 98 pounds, so who are we to judge? Well done Dawn, you look great!
