Shonda Rhimes – 130 Pounds – Diet
The mother of some of the biggest names in primetime tv in recent years, such as Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, and Scandal, Shonda Rhimes decided to make a change after realizing she was no longer able to buckle her seatbelt. Rhimes recently revealed that in about a year, she had lost a total of 130 pounds! She later confessed that, since becoming thinner, people actually paid attention to her, something that confused her at first, as she believes that every person deserves to have a social life no matter their weight.
